Gin with Arctic herbs

The distillery in northern Jutland has a lot of experience with producing flavoured aqua vitaes and spirits. They have developed and produced the finest gin with Arctic herbs. The primal force and intense taste of the wild herbs are beautifully combined with pure alcohol, distilled from potatoes after an old recipe. We are familiar with the locations where the herbs grow, the people who harvest and dry them and together with the brewer from Jutland we pass on the experience.
