Greenland post is a valued herb in Greenland, where it has been used both gastronomically and medicinally. Schnapps’s fine complex taste leads the mind far to the north. The herbs are hand-picked in South Greenland, gently air-dried and then pulled with the finest schnapps. The schnapps is roasted on quality Danish potatoes according to old craft traditions.
