Arctic Angelica Ale

Brewed by water, barley malt, hops and Angelica.

The angelica in this ale is harvested in southern Greenland. It is a historical plant which has been widely used by both monks and Vikings. The herbs are carefully air dried so the delicate aroma and character is preserved. This gives the ale a robust taste of angelica rounded off with a light sweetness. The ale goes well with a good lunch, meat, fish and cheese. Produced in collaboration with Holbæk Bryggeri for Kvann Kompagniet.
